As the management and financial holding company for the Group, RWTÜV GmbH manages operational business activities. These are organised into three business units - Insurance Services, telecommunications, and energy & Environment - which together employ around 1,200 people.

With lean, highly efficient structures and by setting the strategic framework for the companies in which it holds a majority interest, the holding company provides the basis on which its subsidiaries are able to position themselves as competent technological service partners for their customers.
