Objectives and Principles
In the past few years RWTÜV has undergone a fundamental and comprehensive transformation from a non-profit organisation with a government assigned monopoly in technical inspection into a modern, competitive consulting and service group.
In its new role RWTÜV intends to integrate all operative subsidiaries in the Group on a long-term basis, to foster them and to ensure sustainable development. All subsidiaries enjoy the greatest possible autonomy in terms of brand, market appearance and management by exploiting all the synergies which a medium-sized enterprise with wide-ranging activities, market appearances and customer relations can offer. Our main concern is not a quick "exit", but a long-term, constructive collaboration in the Group, and the promotion and exploitation of the joint innovative strength.
