Integrity Officer
The integrity officer is a person of trust of the RWTÜV group appointed by the management of RWTÜV GmbH, whom internal and external persons can contact – confidentially if requested – if they have a suspicion of breach of integrity (including attempts at corruption, embezzlement, other forms of business criminality, but also risk to the environment or other punishable acts, e.g. misuse of company property, racist behaviour or sexual harassment etc.). The integrity officer is also available as a contact person for business partners and third parties for questions relevant to integrity.
It is part of his function to act as a neutral "link" between the person providing the information and the responsible body in the corporate network. He will promptly inform the management of RWTÜV GmbH about all cases of suspicion of breach of integrity brought to his attention. The management will then decide on the further procedure.
