Foundation in Siegen

In April 1872, the Steam Boiler Inspection Association in the Lenne, Sieg, and Dill Industrial Districts (e.V.), renamed DÜV zu Siegen e.V. in 1899, began its work. The foundation was laid for 150 years of service dedicated to safety, integrity, and research.
