Woodgate & Clark, a subsidiary of Van Ameyde International BV, is acquiring Quadra Claims Services Ltd, a British specialist based in Manchester. With this acquisition, Van Ameyde will offer its services in the United Kingdom and accelerate its growth by 20 % over the next two to three years.
Through the acquisition, Woodgate & Clark gains access to additional services. „The acquisition is part of Van Ameyde's strategy. In the UK, a large insurance market, expanding our network is essential. With Quadra, we have found the perfect addition in terms of quality and identity, and with approximately 300 FTEs, we are among the top three in the British market,“ says Piet Middelkoop, CEO of Van Ameyde.
The Quadra brand and offices will remain, and the team of 80 employees, including directors John Carr, Dave Greenwood, and Simon Jones, will become part of a larger group. „This is a fantastic development for us, our partners, and their clients. This acquisition is focused on growth through collaboration and developing new offerings, not cost savings,“ says Phil Scarrett, Managing Director of Woodgate & Clark.
