The regional economic development agency of the Ruhr Regional Association is moving into the RWTÜV Haus on Kronprinzenstraße in Essen on January 1, 2023.
„We are very pleased to welcome the Business Metropole Ruhr as a new tenant at the beginning of the new year,“ says Werner Schmitz, Managing Director of RWTÜV Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft, which manages RWTÜV properties in Essen and Saarbrücken, among others. Furthermore, the RWTÜV Group is directly involved in the construction industry with its companies, providing planning and management services. Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co. KG and G+N Consult Construction Management GmbH active.
The Business Metropole Ruhr GmbH (BMR) develops and markets the Ruhr Metropolis as a business location. It bundles the economic interests of the region's 53 cities. The goal of BMR's work is to increase the competitiveness of the Ruhr area.
The lease agreement was brokered by the commercial real estate specialists from Essen Brockhoff GmbH.
