With the expansion of the Essen site and the simultaneous transfer of testing capacities from Düsseldorf, CETECOM GmbH is gearing up for the future. Our headquarters in Essen will be enhanced by an additional new building and an expansion of our premises, creating further opportunities.
„The consolidation of our locations and the associated expansion of the laboratory in Essen will increase our testing capacities and enable an expansion of our service portfolio,“ explains Jens Passe, Commercial Managing Director of CETECOM GmbH. „Furthermore, by consolidating, we are creating invaluable advantages for our customers, which result in faster and more efficient project execution through simplified communication, elimination of transport routes, and easier logistics,“ adds Markus Ridder, Technical Managing Director of CETECOM GmbH.
As part of the expansion, new measurement capacities are being created in Essen, such as new audio measurement stations for eCall and ERA-GLONASS measurements, or a 5-meter semi-anechoic chamber for radio and EMC measurements, which can also be used to test large and heavy test objects.
The new construction measures at the Essen site have already begun and are expected to be completed in mid-2022. We will, of course, keep you informed of the progress.
