(August 2023, Düsseldorf/Essen) Since August 2023, civil engineer Laura Lipp has been managing the operations of the project management company G+N Consult Baumanagement GmbH in Düsseldorf. „On the one hand, it's a generational change, but on the other, it's a sign of continuity and reliability. I have full confidence in Laura Lipp's ability to successfully lead the company forward with the values of G+N Consult and to set the right course for current and new challenges,“ explains Roland Nix, founder of the 30-year-old company and now retiring managing director.
„We think and act in the same direction, we've noticed that in our collaboration on joint projects,“ says 30-year-old Lipp, who has been with the company in various positions since 2011, most recently as Senior Project Manager. Roland Nix will oversee the transition to the new management over the coming weeks and months. However, the initiated generational change is also intended to mark a new beginning for New Work in construction management. „We are using the change to implement some structural changes, new ways of working, and creative ideas with fresh momentum,“ Lipp plans.
Lipp obtained her Master of Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden in 2017. In the past, she managed office and retail projects, the renovation and restoration of the public areas of the Düsseldorf Playhouse, and other specialized properties.
