NV Schade chooses Van Ameyde's insurance platform
Van Ameyde and NV schade have recently signed a contract for the provision of an IT platform for the management of occupational disability insurance for employees and employers in the metal, mechanical engineering, and automotive industries. Van Ameyde has also concluded a usage agreement with USR for the use of the IT platform for an initial period of 5 years, with an option for an additional 5 years. USR will be the executive organization for NV schade's WGA-WIA insurance. NV schade chose Van Ameyde because of their experience in building user-friendly, technologically advanced insurance solutions and their expertise in policy and claims management. The existing technology for policy administration and payments that Van Ameyde has in its product portfolio will form the basis for the WGA-WIA platform. In the coming period, efforts will be made to integrate this technology into the IT landscape of NV schade and USR. Eduard Ooms, Director of NV schade, said, „I am pleased that the collaboration with Van Ameyde has materialized after a careful selection process. Van Ameyde is a professional partner with a good track record, with whom we can optimally serve our customers in the metal and technology sectors.“ Piet Middelkoop, CEO of the Van Ameyde Group, says, „We are pleased with the collaboration with NV schade. Furthermore, the service fits well within our strategy, where the focus is increasingly on technology.“
