Essen/Bruchsal, February 2022: RWTÜV subsidiary ENOPLAN is acquiring Enersave GmbH, a company based in Bruchsal. Like ENOPLAN, Enersave operates in the field of energy management. „In partnership with ENOPLAN, Enersave will be able to offer its customers a significantly expanded portfolio, which will in the future also include areas such as smart metering, electric mobility, and photovoltaics,“ says Ralf Schade, Managing Director of ENOPLAN GmbH, expressing his confidence in the benefits of the acquisition. Enersave GmbH will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of ENOPLAN GmbH. „With this acquisition, ENOPLAN is not only expanding its customer base but will also strengthen its competitive position in the energy market,“ says Fabian Fechner, Managing Director of RWTÜV GmbH.
