Essen/Leipzig, July 5, 2022 The RWTÜV Group, an independent corporate group with international holdings in insurance services, telecommunications, and energy & environment, as well as a shareholder of TÜV Nord AG, is strengthening its expertise in the construction sector with another acquisition.
As part of an early succession plan, the company Mörbitz Nordhorn Ingenieure in Leipzig was integrated into the group. MN Ingenieure together with developers, architects, project managers, and construction companies, it plans and implements innovative and comprehensive building technology (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical) for residential complexes, industrial complexes, and hotels throughout Germany – and since June 29, 2022, it has been operating under the umbrella of the RWTÜV Group. „We are delighted about this competent addition, which optimally complements the group's offerings in MEP planning within the Energy & Environment business division,“ welcomes Fabian Fechner, Managing Director of RWTÜV GmbH, this acquisition.
