Siegen, November 2, 2021 – ensun and RWTÜV GmbH today announced that RWTÜV is investing in the Siegen-based startup. RWTÜV GmbH, as a holding company with 150 years of history, bundles various international technology companies in 3 business segments and is a shareholder of TÜV Nord AG. With its investment in ensun, RWTÜV aims to add technology scouting to its portfolio, focusing on digitalization, IoT technologies, innovative transformation technologies, and sustainability technologies, and will support ensun in the international rollout of its AI-powered B2B technology scouting platform. Additionally, RWTÜV's subsidiaries and their customers are expected to benefit from ensun GmbH's services.
The Supervisory Boards of RWTÜV, Thomas Biedermann (Chairman) and Fabian Fechner (Deputy Chairman), and the two managing directors and founders of ensun GmbH, Benjamin Hill and Christopher Hill, met today at the largest technology center in Southwestphalia, Summit Siegen, to sign the contract.
