Let's start 2026 with a lot of positive energy. The RWTÜV Group has set concrete goals, and we will now pursue them together with confidence and courage. In the CEO video message, which you will find a link to at the end of the newsletter, we will explain the reasons for our optimism and the path we want to take together.

2026 will also be marked by a major anniversary: Van Ameyde celebrates its 80th birthday. Martine Morcus, Assistant Director Marketing & Communication of the Van Ameyde Group, looks back at the upcoming celebrations in a guest post.

Our focus on continuing education and professional development remains strong again this year. An extensive program is already planned for middle management, the so-called „F3 level,“ as well as various other team workshops, and qualification and informational measures. The fact remains: we are a service group, and the expertise of our employees is our most valuable asset. If you have any suggestions or questions regarding this, please feel free to contact one!

We are also reaffirming our commitment to employee participation. We are already planning the next innovation competition, as various sales ideas and initiatives for new services are based on this valuable input „from within our ranks.“ Our new in-house lawyer, Sabine Chargé, whom we would like to introduce to you shortly, ensures that everything is done „by the book“ in this regard and throughout the Group as a whole. The new branding and online presence of Enoplan subsidiary enometrik is also worth seeing.

And above all, our common motto is „move AS ONE“. We want to work especially hard, all together, to deepen this feeling and strengthen our identification as ONE group.

RWTÜV Group has a new „Group General Counsel“. Sabine Chargé is replacing Evelyn Beck and will contribute her expertise to the corporate group in the future. In 15 years, she gained extensive professional experience in various in-house positions at companies including TÜV Rheinland, Covestro, Rheinische Post, and Fressnapf. Since 2023, the mother of twins, who is passionate about art, sports, and cooking, has also been a lecturer at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences for Media, IT, and Data Protection Law.

Thomas Biedermann, who came to know and appreciate Sabine Chargé during their time together at TÜV Rheinland, comments on the personnel decision: „We are delighted to welcome a new in-house lawyer to the RWTÜV team! She will be available to the entire Group as a contact person for clarifying legal issues.“ Sabine Chargé adds: „I see myself as a service provider and look forward to engaging in dialogue with my colleagues. I also offer legal briefings with information on relevant upcoming legislative changes and court rulings, and advise on potential adaptation needs to changing legal requirements.“

In line with the "move AS ONE" initiative, Sabine Chargé will facilitate the harnessing of synergies within the group through legal support and assist in simplifying the shared daily work. Furthermore, she will participate in training formats, standard contracts, templates, and software tools.

In 2026, the Van Ameyde Group will reach a significant milestone: 80 years of operation in claims and risk management; we are firmly rooted in our origins. Initial activities date back to 1945, with the official establishment of the company and brand in 1946. Eight decades later, the principles that shaped our early work – service, expertise, and responsibility – remain, now strengthened by technology, scale, and international cooperation.

For Van Ameyde, the anniversary is more than just a moment of reflection. It is an opportunity to clearly and confidently articulate who we are today: a group of specialized companies that support insurers, businesses, and partners in various markets with (cross-border) claims management services, risk solutions, claims settlement, expert appraisals, and related services. Even though our presence has been expanded internationally, our focus remains unchanged: Van Ameyde delivers results that are human in approach, innovative in execution, and results-oriented in performance.

At the heart of this progress are the experts and teams across the Group, whose professionalism, commitment, and understanding of the local market, combined with strong cross-border collaboration, enable consistent quality of service, from claims and risks to the broader solutions offered to clients and partners.

Throughout this entire, grand anniversary year, we are now presenting selected publications and activities that aim to connect colleagues, customers, and partners with the history – past, present, and future – of Van Ameyde. A new company video, created with the participation of a historian and produced with the help of extensive archival materials, plays a central role. It allows for a detailed look back while simultaneously presenting a modern, future-oriented narrative that reflects our ambitions and direction equally.

At the celebrations for this milestone, Van Ameyde is focusing on the combination of continuity and progress: trusted foundations, investments in expertise and technology, and strengthened cross-border and interdisciplinary collaboration are the focus. The 80th anniversary is a significant milestone for us – and a reminder that our shared next chapter will be shaped not only by the past but also by the future.

enometrik, a subsidiary of Enoplan, is entering 2026 with a new corporate design, a strong brand identity, and a modernized website. enometrik is a leading service provider for energy measurement data. Through the brand relaunch and the overhaul of its online presence, the company's expertise and technical excellence, as well as its approachability and groundedness, have been consistently highlighted.

The requirements in metering operations and energy management are changing rapidly. Precise data, reliable processes, and modern communication are now more crucial than ever. The professionalism practiced by enometrik in these areas should be reflected in a clear, modern, and authentic brand image.

Interviews with employees from various departments delved into central questions to answer them consciously from within. The participatory approach had already led to success during the brand relaunch for Enoplan and was therefore now also used for enometrik. The result is a new brand identity centered around values such as responsibility, respect, team spirit, quality, and competence, as well as the new brand claim „Measure what matters.“ It summarizes what enometrik stands for: relevant data, reliable results, and collaboration at eye level.

Even the Website is now more modern, clearer, and user-friendly, making it easier to access information and presenting the company's services in a structured way. Improved contact options, optimized mobile use, and the use of current web technologies complete the innovations.
