Together with courage and confidence.

Dear readers,

Let's start 2026 with lots of positive energy. The RWTÜV Group has set itself specific goals, and we will now pursue these together with confidence and courage. In the CEO video message, which you will find a link to at the end of the newsletter, we explain the reasons for our optimism and the path we want to take together.

2026 also marks a major anniversary: Van Ameyde celebrates its 80th birthday. Martine Morcus, Assistant Director of Marketing & Communication at the Van Ameyde Group, looks ahead to the upcoming celebrations in a guest article.

Our focus on training and continuing education remains unchanged this year. We have already planned an extensive program for middle management, the so-called “F3 level,” as well as various other team workshops and qualification and information measures. Becaus one thing is certain: we are a service provider, and the expertise of our employees is our most important asset. If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to contact us at any time!

We also maintain our committed to employee participation. We are already planning the next innovation competition, as various sales ideas and initiatives for new services are based on this valuable input “from within our ranks.” Our new in-house lawyer, Sabine Chargé, whom we would like to introduce to you shortly, ensures that everything is always done “by the book” throughout the group as a whole.

And above all else stands our shared motto, “move AS ONE.” We want to work together to deepen this feeling and strengthen our identification as ONE group.

With this in mind, let's get to work!

Motivated regards,

Ihre Thomas Biedermann und Dr. Fabian Fechner

Compliant.

Honoring.

By Martine Morcus. In 2026, Van Ameyde Group marks an important milestone: 80 years connected to the origins of our work in claims and risk expertise. Our activities in this field started in 1945, and the Van Ameyde brand (company) was officially founded in 1946. Eight decades later, the principles that shaped our early work – service, expertise and responsibility – continue to guide us, now strengthened by technology, scale and international collaboration.

This anniversary is more than a moment of reflection. It is an opportunity to articulate, with clarity and confidence, who we are today: a group of specialized operating companies supporting insurers, corporates and partners across multiple markets with (cross-border) claims management services, risk solutions, loss adjusting, expertise and related services. While our footprint has expanded, our focus remains consistent: delivering outcomes that are human in approach, innovative in execution and results-driven in performance. At the heart of this progress are our people-experts and teams across our group whose professionalism, commitment and local market understanding, combined with strong cross-border collaboration, enable consistent quality across our services, from claims and risk to the broader solutions we provide to clients and partners.

Throughout the anniversary year, we will share selected communications and activities designed to connect colleagues, clients and partners to our story – past, present and future. A newly produced corporate video, developed with the input of a historian who reviewed relevant archival materials, will serve as a central element. It enables us to look back with accuracy, while also presenting a modern, forward-looking narrative that reflects our ambition and direction.

As we celebrate this milestone, our emphasis is firmly on continuity and progress: building on trusted foundations, investing in expertise and technology, and further strengthening how we collaborate across borders and disciplines. The 80-year anniversary is a meaningful marker – and a reminder that our next chapter is defined not only by where we come from, but by where we are going.

Van Ameyde – We’ve got your back

Fresh.

enometrik, a subsidiary of Enoplan, is starting 2026 with a new corporate design, a strong brand identity, and a modernized website. Enometrik is a leading service provider for energy measurement data. The brand relaunch and website redesign consistently highlight the company's expertise and technical excellence as well as its approachability and down-to-earth nature.

The requirements for metering point operation and energy management are changing rapidly. Precise data, reliable processes, and modern communication are now more crucial than ever. The professionalism that enometrik demonstrates in these areas should be reflected in a clear, modern, and authentic brand image.

In interviews with employees from various departments, key questions were explored in depth in order to answer them consciously from the inside out. The participatory approach had already proven successful in the brand relaunch for Enoplan and was therefore also used for enometrik. Based on values such as responsibility, respect, team spirit, quality, and expertise, the result is a new brand identity as well as the new brand claim “Measuring what matters.” It sums up what enometrik stands for: relevant data, reliable results, and cooperation on an equal footing.

The website is now also more modern, clearer, and more user-friendly, making it easier to access information and presenting the company's services in a structured way. Improved contact options, optimized mobile use, and the use of the latest web technologies round off the innovations.

Service-oriented.
