With our Strategy 2023 and the associated motto "move AS ONE," we want to shape the future constructively and thus gain room for maneuver for our group of companies. Let us understand the current transformations as an opportunity to be seized, instead of simply reacting to them, this will lead us to success together.
With move AS ONE, we have decided to increase collaboration and exchange. We bring together different perspectives and experiences to benefit from our diversity and our presence in different markets. In order to further promote mutual understanding within our group of companies, but above all so that our customers perceive the RWTÜV Group in all its diversity as a solution provider for a wide range of issues, we are focusing on "identify AS ONE" as an interim stage for 2026. We will develop and refine a common identity from the different entities and we will highlight what connects us and what our common brand understanding looks like. The starting point for this is our shared brand values, which we will take another look at below.

A corporation comprising three business divisions with 96 companies in 32 countries on four continents requires cohesion and a clear compass in order to be able to pursue a common path in a consistent manner. With over 150 years of tradition originating from a TÜV, we are committed not only to legal issues but above all to technical standards and our conscience. Our unique organizational structure, consisting of an association, a foundation, and a limited liability company, protects us from external takeovers. Safety and Security.
At RWTÜV, safety and security combine two crucial aspects. The first is technical safety, which is essential for us, as we were responsible for the safety of steam boilers as a TÜV organization over 150 years ago. Continuous development in line with the latest developments, inventions, and challenges, and now also in the areas of AI and cybersecurity, is fundamental for us. On the other hand, we are committed to the emotional security of our employees. We are a strong partner for them, offering long-term prospects and investing heavily in their skills and further training.
Competence
We are a group that thrives on services. The competence of our employees is fundamental to our success. Selecting well-trained colleagues, providing them with ongoing training and development, and enabling them to reach their full potential are matters close to the hearts of not only our colleagues in the HR departments, but also the entire management team. And, of course, social skills are also part of the picture. Treating each other with respect and as equals is also an expression of this corporate value for us.

At RWTÜV, we understand sustainability in a broad sense: namely, in terms of our ethical responsibility as a group, in terms of our relationship with our customers, and in terms of our relationship with our employees. This means that we not only consider ecology, economy, and social aspects as the essence of our corporate thinking and actions. We also strive for lasting success and pursue long-term perspectives. Not only as an employer, but also and in particular as a strategic investor for companies seeking succession or capital.
The RWTÜV Development Program 2026 kicked off on February 5, 2026. This year's training initiative by the RWTÜV group is aimed at young managers and ambitious young talents who, for example, already successfully participated in last year's Young Professional Summit.
In eight sessions — two face-to-face meetings on site and six cost-saving virtual meetings — the topic of leadership will be examined from all angles in a variety of formats. To start with, the HR managers of the sending subsidiaries will provide expert support in the form of a Profile Dynamics® analysis, which will serve as the basis for the training for each participant. Then the training will go into detail: How do I lead myself in order to be able to lead others? What leadership approaches are there and how do they differ in their effects? What tasks and roles await me as a manager and how do I fulfill them? The effects evoked by different behaviors are also examined, as is a mindset that is conducive to the greatest possible success of the training itself.
A total of 20 participants from RWTÜV subsidiaries cetecom advanced, CONSULECTRA, enometrik, Enoplan, IB Nordhorn, and Van Ameyde Deutschland not only benefit from the content expertly conveyed by the Klar & Quirlig agency, but also have the opportunity to network profitably in the spirit of move AS ONE.
Every year, Enoplan's management team takes time for an event called the "Annual Kick-off" with all employees from the various departments at Enoplan. Here, future topics, strategic objectives, and important developments are presented openly and transparently.
Tim Geisert and Ralf Schade place particular emphasis on direct exchange, in which all colleagues are given the opportunity to ask questions, provide input, and look ahead together. This dialogue on equal terms is not only listened to, but expressly encouraged and valued.
The insights into the central topics and projects of the parent company RWTÜV also provide strong guidance in this exchange. The overarching strategic orientation is explained and the diverse future projects that are the joint responsibility of all are presented. As a result of this open, constructive, and appreciative exchange, the Enoplan team starts the year motivated, well-informed, and united for a successful year.
