Talent programme for ambitious young professionals: Young Professional Summit at RWTÜV

🚀 📚 Intensive personnel development has traditionally been high on our agenda. The latest offering from the RWTÜV Group for employees of all subsidiaries: the YPS – Young Professional Summit, a talent programme for ambitious (junior) managers.

🌟 🤝 We want to identify internal talent early on and promote it in a targeted manner, while at the same time enabling them to build and expand a valuable internal network within the group.

New legal expertise at RWTÜV headquarters

📌✨ We are delighted to welcome Evelyn Beck as our new in-house lawyer at our corporate headquarters in Essen!

🗂️ ⚖️ With several years of professional experience as a lawyer specialising in labour law, she will strengthen the team with her valuable expertise and strategic skills.

🎯 Evelyn Beck is enthusiastic: ‘I am looking forward to the new legal challenges and the opportunity to play an active role in shaping RWTÜV's vision. It is precisely this combination that makes the role so exciting!’

ewa meeting in Essen – RWTÜV promotes future IT specialists

👩‍💻 📚 Since October 2022, the RWTÜV Foundation, together with the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs and patron Mona Neubaur, has been funding a research project to increase the proportion of women in cybersecurity. The developed training program, which inspires and empowers women to pursue a career in the industry, is currently being tested by 20 women in two groups.

New support for controlling and innovation management

📚 🎓 We are proud to introduce Anika Corte, our new colleague! Having successfully completed her master's in management and economics at the Ruhr University Bochum, she brings valuable expertise in the areas of general management, entrepreneurship, innovation and transformation. Her master's thesis? An innovative business model for the “RUB Makerspace” – impressive!

Always open to inspiration

🛤️ 🌟 That you can be successful and happy even if you don't fully realize your dreams is shown by RWTÜV CEO Thomas Biedermann in “Meet the CEO” Part 2.

🌎 📖 It is certainly also due to the way he looks at the world with such interest and openness, always seeking inspiration from great thinkers like Kant or da Vinci, political leaders like Merkel or Obama, athletes or artists.

💫 🌳 And it's also due to his positive attitude. See for yourself!
