Five years of experience in auditing and an extensive background in economics - Marcel's profile immediately convinced us! After his time at a consulting firm, first as an audit assistant and later as audit manager, he will complement us with his wide range of knowledge. His previous client base - from public utilities and municipal companies to trading companies and hotel and telecommunications companies - has prepared him perfectly for our business areas and the service areas of our subsidiaries.

Over the next three years, we will be awarding twelve scholarships with the RWTÜV Foundation in the subjects of electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and IT. We made a commitment to this last month with the Rector of the University of Duisburg-Essen, Prof Dr Barbara Albert.

Together with the heads of the chairs, the UDE is now "matching" the scholarships to suitable candidates, who will be presented to RWTÜV at the end of November.

These are questions that play a central role in the professional life of computer scientist Julija Wolf. Every day, but in very different fields of work.

The 2nd part of the Executive Leadership Program took place again in the Chancellor's Office at ESMT in Berlin. Leadership in today's world, building networks, understanding change, leading and communicating, authenticity and individual communication techniques were just some of the topics discussed with the managers. The change process from an HR perspective was also presented very clearly using practical examples. In addition to the intensive professional exchange, networking was also an important component.

The ENOPLAN GmbH group of companies has particularly extensive experience with agile working formats within the RWTÜV Group. This is why Sebastian Trost, Innovation Manager at ENOPLAN, led our Group-wide training course on the topic as part of the RWTÜV training and further education initiative.

Twelve selected employees were able to benefit from Sebastian's extensive specialist knowledge and practical experience on November 2 and 3 in Essen, which he passed on to the participants in this interactive workshop with practical exercises.

The reason for the triumph: the all-round peaceful summer party of our subsidiary Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Münster and offices in Hamburg, Munich and Berlin.

The challenge cup, which has been highly coveted since 2016, was presented by Managing Director Klaus Nordhorn himself to an employee of a branch office for the first time.

Our RWTÜV subsidiary, Van Ameyde Group (VAI), has joined our value initiative. They want to make themselves fit for certification with the "Great Place to Work®" label.

The international research and consulting institute "Great Place to Work®" supports companies in around 60 countries in implementing their corporate and #workplace culture and making it visible.

Today, in our "People" section, the spotlight falls on Tanja Tritsch. She is an executive assistant at our subsidiary ENOPLAN GmbH in Bruchsal.

Currently, one of her most important tasks is to accompany the transformation process in the course of the ODM initiative - Optimise Digitise Marketise - that has been proclaimed throughout the Group.
