🌱 🎉 Expertise for the future: We congratulate our colleague Marcel Hellingrath on successfully passing his exam to become a certified sustainability manager (TÜV)!

🌍 📊 Sustainability is not a side issue, but a central pillar of strategic success and economic necessity. Customers demand transparency, investors expect ESG data, and legislators are creating the framework with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and LKSG (Supply Chain Due Diligence Act).

🎓 📚 In August 2023, our first dual trainee, Jana Riedel, began her first year of training with us at the RWTÜV Group headquarters. She completed her training as an office management assistant in combination with a bachelor's degree in business administration at the state-recognized University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, headquartered in Essen, FOM.

🚀 💡 This year, our internal ideas competition at RWTÜV was naturally also held under the current strategy motto move AS ONE.

🎨 👏 And what can we say: we received so many creative, well-thought-out, and inspiring entries that we decided to award not just three, but eleven ideas! Seven of them share first place: in different ways, they are all about achieving greater networking and knowledge exchange together.

📍 🤝 Last week in Cologne, we conducted a ProfileDynamics® training course followed by certification for our colleagues. We want to be ready to carry out our own motivation analyses with employees and thus find real levers for leadership, development, and collaboration.

🤝 🌱 The second edition of our YPS – Young Professional Summit brought together 15 participants from the RWTÜV subsidiaries cetecom advanced, Enoplan GmbH, ENOMETRIK GmbH, Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co.

They were accompanied by their trainer Dirk Malessa, graduate engineer and test expert in accordance with PrüfVO NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia Testing Regulations).
