🚀 🌟 An exciting new module is being added to our RWTÜV HR development program: the Young Professional Summit (YPS).

🌐🤝 Starting next year, we will be offering our employees the opportunity for further development with the YPS. We promote their skills, offer them the opportunity to gain extensive experience and exchange ideas with colleagues from different areas and support their development in an inspiring environment.

🌞🏖 It doesn't get any more summery than this: the lake glistens in the glorious sunshine, while a few clouds add a picturesque touch to the otherwise bright blue sky. Water fans have fun wakeboarding or on the floating playground with trampolines, climbing towers and slides. Others play volleyball and table football, enjoy the snack buffet or chill out while the children run around on the beach.

🏢🔧 Today we are pleased to introduce Anja, trainee at RWTÜV subsidiary MN Mörbitz Nordhorn Ingenieure GmbH, specialist for technical building equipment! Anja began her academic career by studying systems engineering and technical cybernetics at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, but switched to mechatronic systems engineering at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences after the second semester.

📅 🔧 June 23 was "International Women in Engineering Day". And from our own experience, we can only recommend women in engineering to every company!

👩‍🔧 🌟"Our" Nina Horbelt from RWTÜV subsidiary cesitec, a service provider for conformity assessments in mechanical and plant engineering, for example. She works as a technical editor and team leader for the Technical Documentation department, which means that in addition to resource planning and project management, she mainly writes operating instructions.
