📍 🤝 Last week in Cologne, we conducted a ProfileDynamics® training course followed by certification for our colleagues. We want to be ready to carry out our own motivation analyses with employees and thus find real levers for leadership, development, and collaboration.

🤝 🌱 The second edition of our YPS – Young Professional Summit brought together 15 participants from the RWTÜV subsidiaries cetecom advanced, Enoplan GmbH, ENOMETRIK GmbH, Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co.

“🔧👷‍♂️ Exciting visit to the RWTÜV Group headquarters: Six trainees from TÜV NORD Systems GmbH & Co. KG – Air Conditioning Technology Department – visited us in Essen. They were accompanied by their trainer Dirk Malessa, graduate engineer and test expert in accordance with PrüfVO NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia Testing Regulations).

💼 🌍 It's exhausting. It causes friction. It challenges supposed certainties... Diversity is hard work!

🌈 🤝 And yet we need it! At RWTÜV, we are convinced of this and remain committed to diversity in our workforce. Even if counter-movements can be observed around the world. Yes, perhaps some groups, companies, or organizations have gone too far, but that is not unusual in the fight for a good cause. We are, by definition: since 1872, in over 30 countries, with around 100 companies in three business areas and over 2,000 employees, as diverse as our customers.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ On Friday, the RWTÜV team headed out into the countryside for a golf taster course at Golfclub Essen-Heidhausen e.V. It was a varied and sporty afternoon full of new impressions and... lots of laughs!

📍🕐 We met our golf instructors Raffael Schöning and Phil McCaulley at the clubhouse. On the driving range and putting green, they gave us exciting insights into the basics of golf.

🌟 🤝 On May 5 and 6, Thomas Biedermann, Dr. Fabian Fechner, and RWTÜV HR Business Partner Natascha Winter met with the twelve participants of Group B of our F2 executive training program for a follow-up session at the Bonn Marriott Hotel.
