👩‍💼💼 Since 1 February 2024, Jennifer Krumbein has been building up the Training & Development department at RWTÜV subsidiary Van Ameyde in Cologne. Together with the project managers, she designs training modules for the various areas and levels of the international service provider for the insurance industry.

Successful introductory meeting between the RWTÜV Foundation and our new scholarship holders from the University of Duisburg-Essen on 16 February 2024!

We introduced ourselves and our subsidiaries, and 13 motivated students accepted the invitation. In five-minute keynote speeches, Niels Jeß presented cetecom advanced, Julian Beyer CONSULECTRA GmbH, Stefan Dreischenkemper cesitec GmbH, Laura Lipp G+N Consult Baumanagement GmbH, Maximilian Driessen Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co. KG and online Tobias Apel from apro.gmbh. 🌐💡

2023 marked the start of our management training offensive at RWTÜV; Thomas Biedermann and Fabian Fechner met the managing directors of our subsidiaries in several training sessions at ESMT Berlin in May and November.

Last week, the next level was reached in Mettmann: for the second management level in the Group, exciting topics of the RWTÜV Group such as strategy, innovation, leadership, values against the background of Profile Dynamics® and controlling were on the agenda. 🏫

... our scholarship holders from the University of Duisburg-Essen for a first meet & greet. Mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering and IT are the topics. Not all of our scholarship holders were able to take part in this first, atmospheric kick-off event, but we will continue the good dialogue at our premises in February. 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

This is when the students and our company representatives meet and get to know each other. The students find out what their future could look like with us.
