We are proud of Ralf Weiermann! ? Our colleague passed his written examination for sustainability manager before TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co. KG passed his written exam to become a sustainability manager. It covered trends and drivers for sustainability management, an overview of reference standards, the establishment of sustainability management in the company and the corresponding project planning. Ralf Weiermann is using his now officially certified knowledge, for example, in planning data collection for the upcoming ESG reporting requirement for the entire RWTÜV Group.

After it was almost impossible to visit the subsidiaries of cetecom advanced in South Korea and Japan in the last two years, we have now taken the first opportunity.
We had planned 150 posts for 150 years of RWTÜV, and now there are even a few more.

We have used the year of the 150th RWTÜV anniversary with full commitment to remind ourselves of our common values and to bring the Group family closer together in difficult times, so that we can then move forward well equipped into the next decades.

The next awards in our internal RWTÜV innovation competition took place last week.
Communicating common values, getting to know each other, widening the basis for constructive dialogue. These were the goals of our anniversary activities at the start of a special year for RWTÜV. The fact that everyone in the RWTÜV Group benefits when we pull together and move in the same direction is something we wanted to impress on our approximately 2,000 employees at home and abroad.
On 14 December, the board meeting of RWTÜV e.V. took place to mark the end of our anniversary year. This was of course held in hybrid form in accordance with the new statutes. The long-standing chairman Prof. Hansgeorg Balthaus was bidden farewell.
At the same time, Dr Peter Sauermann, the previous deputy, was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, just as Dr Hans Christian Atzpodien was appointed by the members of the Board of Directors as a new member of the Presidium.
