Those who know themselves well can not only present themselves with confidence, but also develop and market their services on a solid foundation. Against this backdrop, 2026 is themed “identify AS ONE” as a milestone within our 2030 Strategy. We therefore made the most of March to strengthen the group’s networks and knowledge base. 



With our Strategy 2030 and the associated motto “move AS ONE,” we want to shape the future constructively and thus gain room for maneuver for our group of companies. If we understand how to use the current transformations as an opportunity instead of just reacting to them, this will lead us to success together.



Let's start 2026 with lots of positive energy. The RWTÜV Group has set itself specific goals, and we will now pursue these together with confidence and courage. In the CEO video message, which you will find a link to at the end of the newsletter, we explain the reasons for our optimism and the path we want to take together.



In the last newsletter of 2025, it makes sense to review the past few months. The overall situation could still be better: Germany has been in recession for three years now, and important questions for the country regarding infrastructure, energy supply, and security remain unanswered.



In this issue, we would like to pay tribute to a company from the Enoplan Group with an in-depth interview. It has grown from three to thirty employees in fifteen years thanks to its uncompromising commitment to quality. 



The call for lifelong learning is as true as it is well known. But it never hurts to repeat it every now and then! There is probably no immediate threat of “spiritual death,” as Confucius suggests, but shaping a successful future requires work.



In the end, what counts is that we have the courage to take action. Good ideas only have an impact if we put them into practice.



Let's try to turn challenges into opportunities. Our motto for the second half of the year will be: “Roll up your sleeves!” – together, of course, in the spirit of move AS ONE.



At Group headquarters, we are using the “summer break” this year to actively and intensively work on many exciting projects that we want to bring to a successful conclusion in these challenging times.



Our new corporate strategy, move AS ONE, is gaining momentum! Many excellent ideas and approaches have been submitted in our internal innovation competition, demonstrating that move AS ONE is stimulating internal discussions and exchanges between you in the subsidiaries!



The motto for the RWTÜV Group this year is “move AS ONE”. This also means that we have to position ourselves as a team as successfully as possible.



At RWTÜV, we have the power to actively shape the future. Digital technologies are shaking up our working world, and we are getting involved.



The first quarter of 2025 has already passed. How did we start the year?



move AS ON is our compass for this change. It should succeed in the long term and point the way forward. That is why we are focusing on many smaller, joint steps to pave the way for developments that will have a systemic impact in the RWTÜV Group.



Do you also feel the energy that always lies at the beginning of the year? How the whole year still lies ahead of us like an unwritten book, waiting for exciting entries?



Yes, the geopolitical world situation, the business climate index, record sickness rates and many other issues are challenging. But right now, the RWTÜV Group can confidently adopt an optimistic attitude.



we are slowly saying goodbye to 2024 by setting goals for 2025 and making plans to achieve them.



Our world is constantly changing. We can accept this, react, adapt. Or we can decide to be the ones who shape these changes.



The media are once again buzzing about a new “megatrend”: connectivity. What does this mean? Are you wondering? We are too. Because what's new about the appreciation of connectivity, why call it a megatrend?



We returned from a trip to the USA this month in a positive mood and with lots of new ideas; the regular meeting with colleagues from CETECOM Inc. was one of the highlights of the summer.



The people of Cologne say: "The first time we try it out, the second time it's tradition and the third time it's custom!" With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the launch of the 'RWTÜV Innovation Competition 2024'! What began as a step into unknown territory has now developed into a valued co-determination tool within our RWTÜV Group. We are for the third time now looking forward to innovative ideas and creative solutions that inspire and advance us and our subsidiaries.



June is always a special month for RWTÜV. There are many meetings and dates to attend, such as the committee meetings or the publication of the annual reports. We take a close look at the past year, but above all we look ahead.



This month, we travelled to Van Ameyde in Barcelona and to our colleagues at cetecom advanced in the USA. Despite the difficult global economic situation, we were able to confidently plan expansion at both locations.



Tackling the shortage of skilled labour is now part of our day-to-day business, but despite this - or perhaps because of it - we are trying to make an intensive contribution at Group level. This issue of the newsletter once again focuses on the topic of human resources.
